alternative chain adjuster

Post by Aleman » Wed Sep 17, 2014 6:27 am

Hi all, I did the search for above but didn't find any pics.
Does anyone use other than the snails to tension their chains?
This chain not as good as original but also plenty adjustment to tension but snails at max.
Ideas please would be appreciated.
Many thanks.
Keith.

You may need to remove a link or 2. I think the chain should be 102 links long but i am sure some one will correct me if I am wrong. :D

It's a new chain and sprocket set plus fish drive. Then should be sorted.
