Only just seen this thread, I have been a bit distracted recently.

July started with getting knocked of my BMW R1200RT and ended with a bit of tummy ache which turned out to be bowel cancer. :o Diagnosed Sunday night, operation Monday!!

All good now other than 3 months of chemo and not being allowed to ride a bike for another few months (to allow the 8" cut in my abdomen to heal). On the positive side, I am not allowed to run or mow the lawn either. :)

Enjoy your riding and I hope to make an MT event next year.

Sorry to hear about your appointment with a surgeon Toby, take it easy. By the time you are able to mow the lawn, the grass will have stopped growing !
