Well well. Unfortunately Mr Shiney has had a fall from his cycling exploits and broken his shoulder, Paul is still having problems with his knee and Superphil has just got a new job that's taking all his time.
THEY'RE FALLING LIKE FLIES.
Is there anyone else that wants to come riding in Wales this weekend???

Should be cosy, you'll all be able to sleep in one tent.

And just to make it worse, I won't be able to make it either. Really sorry chaps, I have been looking forward to it for ages. I have just been admitted to hospital for deep vein thrombosis, and have a lot of blood clots in the thigh and groin. The specialists don't work weekends, so they are going to remove them in the next day or so. Still, I hope you all enjoy yourself, I'm sure it will be a blast!!

Hope you're OK Jooles. Take it easy mate. We'll have to fit a sidecar and get the Mrs to chauffeur you!
