Eric, you mean the mixture screw which is accessed by carefully drilling out the soft plug. It has a very fine point and you need to be carefull not to loose the spring, washer and 'O' ring if you remove it for cleaning out. Why not take it to a local bike shop. The 3 bearings are all standard parts
