All on the road , clutch is grumbly but its been like it since I've had it . I do have a good spare basket bearings and gear to go with it if wanted....

Yesterday I mot'd the Mt 500 rode home the 4miles adjusted needle to cure slight surging on 55mph steady cruise, went for a small ride to enjoy and fine tune ..... Slight stumble and missfire followed by a big backfire . CDI died bugger.
No not jeans, I was just thinking maybe someone on here may have an idea about levis motorcycles... I bought a project one years ago but I haven't had much luck finding parts . No club no spares scheme etc .. Its a little like being stranded on an uninhabited island ... Que tumble weed...
Ok , sorry for delayed response.. I have the whole bike minus engine carb and cdi, it was an unofficial import many years ago its scruffy and it probably has bits missing.. I will have to get to the bike to see what is on it exactly, But I'm just seeing if its worth breaking at the minute.. I don't ...

That's the type, my current one is steel and straight but the splined area leave's 5mm or so of the shaft exposed to the elements .. Thanks for the link.
I got to thinking how something can really get you involved like mt 500 rotax . I had one years ago after owning and repairing my xt 500s for too long . The rotax motor was and still is a very well engineered bit of kit. So now after a few years with other machines I find myself with 1 aprilia tuare...
