Re: South East Camping Weekend (Nov 15-17th)

Fffudge! Getting there is going to be just too difficult for me. Bike & trailer at home in Yorkshire but working all week in Somerset until Friday teatime. I would have really liked this. If I can sort anything different I'll do my best. I really must take better control of my diary!

Welcome aboard. You won't be disappointed, though it helps if you're a little bit masochistic

North Wales Report

Just 6 made it to the Carrog Station campsite on Friday, dodging plenty of rain on the way. Minter's race van broke down just a couple of miles short of the campsite with injector trouble so we towed him in, parked him up then went to the pub for dinner and drinky poos. On Saturday Jooles went off o...

Re: North Wales- September 28th

Just in case there are any on here that don't do facebook: I have spoken with The Grouse at Carrog (the pub over the river) and arranged our evening meals for friday and saturday. I've agreed to make it 8pm of Friday just to make sure we have all arrived by then and to give them time because they ha...

Re: North Wales- September 28th

It's not really a problem for me Stu. Whenever you organise an event it will almost inevitably clash with something else and we can only be in one place at once, that's how come I missed the big meet. Or, to be selfish for a second, I'm going! I'll enjoy it, so if no-one else turns up I'll still hav...

Re: North Wales- September 28th

PLEASE TAKE NOTE Latest email message from the campsite: We are currently extremely limited on pitches as we no longer have use of our large camp field. If you could tell the other group members that if they don't have a booking we won't be able to allow them to stay due to space being so limited. L...
