Dear all,
have a MT500 (probably brit.rhine army) with a Bing 53 carburetor with some missing parts, changed the timing belt and work now on the clutch. Looking forward to your manuals.
Best Regards from Nuremberg

Welcome to the forum!

Maybe one of the bikes I rode when in BAOR!

We do carb upgrade kits for these, no Bing spares but Highley recomend our Dellorto kits ready to plug and play. Fitted 2 last week to customers bikes who were both very happy. Check out or 'today @ Sportax' thread..

Keep us updated of your progress..

Welcome to the forum

Have you found where the manuals are ? They are free to download

Have a look in the General section of the forum , there is a thread - Initial Servicing Guide

Good luck with your new bike
