Im running a 405 on a standard HD carb (with one jet changed on sportax advice) . Its a brilliant upgrade , will accelerate far better than the 350 and pull off the 70 mph clock easy , good for keeping up with traffic and overtaking easier. Welcome . Yes all parts normally available quite easily new or s/h. Ideal for the home maintenance owner because you dont need to plug it into a computer , and routine servicing quite straightforward ,. I have seen a clutch replaced in a field!

I am 6'4" , so a bit short compared to yourself ! I find the Armstrong ok it doesnt feel cramped like a sports bike or a 125 can do , and with the upright riding position and no fairing youre not hunched over the bars. The 350 has longer rear shocks giving a higher seat and they will bolt straight o...
